You are added to this program only if you affirmatively agree to it, in one of two ways: verbally, on a phone call that RGV Mobile X-Rays places to you to arrange your imaging, or in writing, by signing our SMS Consent Form. Either way you receive the same short disclosure — who the messages come from, what they are about, roughly how many to expect, that message and data rates may apply, and that you can reply STOP at any time — and we wait for your clear yes. Silence is never treated as agreement, and you are never added to this program by failing to opt out.
Agreeing is never a condition of receiving your imaging or any other care. A referral from your physician’s office is not by itself permission for us to text you, and messages are not sent based on a website opt-in form. You must be the account holder of the mobile number, or have the account holder’s permission, to receive messages at that number.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your referral activity — typically a small number of messages around the time a referral is received. This is not a recurring marketing program.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting Out & Help

Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation in the program after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
